- How Far In Advance Do You Have To Book Your Event? – The sooner the better! Once you know you are having a party, give Sheila or Skip a call and they can help. If you forgot to schedule in advance, they are happy to help as long as the supplies you need and staff are available.
- How Long Will It Take To Set The Equipment Up? – All depends on the type of equipment and how many you are getting. Some equipment can take 15 minutes to set up, but others such as the obstacle course, could take 45 minuets. EXTRA: If you would like the staff to stay and watch over the equipment as your event is taking place, A+ Jump Party Rentals would be happy to!
- What If The Forecast Is Predicting Bad Weather Or Bad Weather Occurs During The Party? If you know the day before that the event will be a wash out, then call Sheila or Skip so that you can re-book your event. Your deposit does not expire! Also, if the event is occurring, and bad weather has popped up, then the staff will lower the equipment down and as soon as the weather passes, they will put it back up for you.
